Investigating the effect of Idiosyncratic Deals on Employee Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The idiosyncratic deals are a new model of working relationships that has emerged in the field of human resources management in recent years. In contrast to the traditional standardized contract, it focuses on the development of flexible work arrangements and benefits based on individual characteristics and needs to meet the personalized needs of employees. In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the job satisfaction of 321 employees from different industries and different occupations in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, and it was found that the idiosyncratic deals had a significant effect on the job satisfaction of employees. The results of the study will provide important management insights for organizations, which will help improve employee job satisfaction and enhance organizational performance and competitiveness.
